Next Conquering Anxiety Group: 3/24-5/12 01/31/2010
The next Conquering Anxiety group begins March 24 - May 12, 2010. Wednesdays 6-7:30 PM, 8 weeks. If you struggle with panic attacks, find your anxiety persists after trying to treat it with medication, or if you have become more anxious after a difficult life experience, Conquering Anxiety might be just what you need. With Conquering Anxiety, anxiety is treated in a supportive group environment, where you will gain lots of tools, practice and perspective to decrease the overwhelming disruption anxiety can cause. You don't have to suffer; effective treatment is available. We teach Cognitive Behavioral therapy; behavioral techniques such as relaxation, guided imagery, diaphragmatic breathing, and wellness.
